When I created REPRESENTED I knew in my heart I wanted to facilitate a program that allowed online business owners to bring their whole selves to the learning process, unafraid of making mistakes. Taking away perfectionism that is often toxic and a major barrier to the learning process.
I didn’t want feelings of guilt, shame and fear to get in the way of rolling up sleeves and getting down to work. I really wanted to create a space where open hearted vulnerability was held with kindness and grace.
Hearing the transformational journey of participants has been heart-warming and proof that when we are gentle with each other, we can reach deeper and connect to this work more authentically.
