How it Works
As an affiliate, you share the program with your own network (people who don’t yet know about REPRESENTED program).
Examples include:
- Sharing your experience of the program on your own personal social media
- Emailing friends or colleagues who might be interested
- Sharing on your own content platform (blog, podcast, YouTube channel)
- Talking to people you personally know 1:1 via messenger, Voxer, or mobile
It does not include:
- Spamming Facebook groups or other peoples networks with the link
- Referral “trains” where a group of people who are all already interested, each sign up under each others links
What is REPRESENTED and who it’s for
REPRESENTED is an online course for online business owners such as coaches, creatives and consultants who are ready to build a racially equitable business so they can be intentionally inclusive.
REPRESENTED walks them through by helping them have a deeper understanding and appreciation of diversity, equity and inclusion through a lens of race. It supports online business owners to better understand their implicit biases so they can create safer and inclusive spaces that serve more people from racially diverse backgrounds.
The key difference between REPRESENTED and other online courses of this kind is:
- It’s taught by a Black migrant woman from Kenya who has called Australia home for more than 20 years.
- A trained and certified life coach recognised by the International Coaching Federation.
- A masters degree qualified Human Resource Management graduate.
- Over 15 years experience in corporate Australia within public, private and non-for-profit organisations supporting D&I projects.

- Teaches through a calling in lens rather than calling out, allowing students of the program to come as they are and be held with grace, compassion and love through what is often an uncomfortable but necessary piece of work.
Contents of course
The course is broken down into 4 modules:
- Introduction to DEI
- Personal & Business Audit
- Conscious Inclusion
- Allyship & Advocacy
Within each module are bite-sized video lessons that are supported with workbooks. These further enhance the learning as well as provide an opportunity for self reflection and inquiry through guided journaling prompts.
The resources shared are a mix of reading, listening and watching. This caters to the different forms of learning as well as allow for deeper understanding through different teaching mediums.
Duration
The course runs live for 10 weeks and includes a welcome and closing ceremony. Modules are released fortnightly with students receiving further support through group coaching calls to address each module. The group coaching calls are where true transformation begins to take place when students are able to bring their questions, thoughts and feedback so they can be held, seen and coached through what might be coming up for them. Group coaching calls are offered at 2 different times. 10am AEST/AEDT and 7pm AEDT/AEST. This caters for different time zones so that location is not a barrier to learning. All calls are recorded and take place via Zoom with replays available within 24 hours or recording.
Frequency
REPRESENTED runs twice a year, in April and October with lifetime access to the program.

Terms & Conditions
- Once you accept the terms and conditions you will receive a unique link which you will use in conjunction with your promotion of REPRESENTED. This unique link is what will allow you to receive your 20% commission. You will need to advise anyone who is considering joining REPRESENTED through you to use your unique link. As long as the link unique to you has been used, it can be traced back to you so that you receive your commission. If for any reason someone signs up but doesn’t use the unique link that identifies you as the affiliate, it will not be possible to pay your affiliate commission. Please ensure you advise your community or anyone you share with about using your unique link.
- Payment of your commission will happen 30 days after payment has been received from the student. This is to allow for any withdrawals that may take place as well as any payment plans to kick start.
- ThriveCart is the portal used to manage sales as well as affiliate information. Follow the instructions you receive in ThriveCart in order to provide your PayPal details in so that payments are made directly to you via PayPal.
- You are encouraged to promote the program during the open cart period which is 7 days. You can choose how often you would like to promote the program. Some of the ways you can promote are through your mailing list, social media posts and stories. All the graphics and copy for these will be provided to you to make it as easy as possible for you to share.
Questions
What does the commission structure look like?
- As soon as you are accepted as an affiliate and make your first sale, you will earn 20% for every customer you refer to REPRESENTED. When someone clicks on your affiliate link they will be “cookied” for 60 days. We use last-click attribution.
When can I expect to be paid?
- You will receive a payout for your commissions via PayPal automatically in 30 days after a purchase, so that customers have the appropriate amount of time for the payment plan to kick in.
Is there a minimum payout threshold I need to reach?
- Nope! Whether you make $5 or $500, you can expect to receive your payout 30 days after the customer purchases.
