Spending time “on” your business VS “in” your business

If you’ve spent much time in the online space, you’ve likely heard the phrases spending time “on” your business and spending time “in” your business.
Feminism & Racial Equity

Have you ever thought about how feminism is focused on advancing one group of women and how often women of colour get left behind?
Creating inclusive & safeR spaces inside your group coaching programs

One of the things I love about what I do as a DEI coach and consultant is going into group programs to support their participants/clients. In particular those who identify as Black, Brown, Indigenous or people of colour.
The fear of doing DEI work

The Do’s & Don’ts of Inclusive Language In Your Online Coaching Business

The number 1 thing I get asked in 1:1 sessions with clients is… “𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗯𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗜 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲?”
