Let’s lock arms, and get into ‘good trouble’ together…

Just like your Online Business Manager keeps your projects running smoothly, your bookkeeper stays on top of your finances, and your business coach holds you accountable to upleveling, I’m here to be an essential support system in your business – your Chief Representation Officer.

Together we’ll ensure you’re building a business that’s intentionally racially inclusive and equitable.

Here’s how the journey will unfold…

Each quarter you’ll receive:

These sessions will be the backbone of what your racially equitable business will be based on. This is where we will unpack your unconscious bias in order to assist you to apply a lens that is more diverse and inclusive.

Your website, offers, services, podcast content, pretty much anything that involves speaking to and promoting to your audience, I will pull it apart and ensure it is as inclusive as it can be so you are attracting clients from racially diverse backgrounds.

This is where you’ll truly have the ability to be a catalyst for change by providing your clients with the opportunity to learn about racial equity. These masterclasses are powerful and allow you to serve your clients at a much deeper level addressing the vital issue of representation and how they too can take courageous steps to building racially inclusive businesses.

Being a Black, Indigenous or Person of Colour (BIPOC) in a predominantly white space can be daunting to navigate. As a coach there may be things that you’re not able to hold space for. Which is why offering specialised support for your BIPOC clients where they can be held by someone who understands what it means to hold a marginalised identity adds immense value to your programs.

Plus, you’ll also have access to me for the entire year via Voxer voice notes & DMs.

So much comes up in between sessions and having the ability to send a voice note as life is unfolding and getting the individual support you need for your unique situation is invaluable.

I’ve seen what this has done for my VIP clients and how they are so much more intentional and committed to their racial equity journey like never before.

From navigating difficult conversations with loved ones to supporting clients within their group programs, Voxer has been a great tool to tap into.

And, instant access to all my courses or programs including: REPRESENTED, Inclusion Statement Workshop, Scholarship Immersion Experience and more…

The total investment is...

1

pay in full

1 x payment
of $17,500 AUD

2

payment plan

12x monthly payments

Already in just a short space of time, the changes that I’m starting to see in terms of increasing representation amongst people joining my programmes, working within my team, people that I am learning from is such a transformation, and I credit all of that to the work that I’ve been able to do with Annie.

Hey there lovely,

I’m Annie Gichuru, racial equity coach and consultant.

In 2020 as I watched the life of George Floyd being squeezed out of him while he lay helpless on the ground with a knee to his neck, saying he couldn’t breathe, asking for his mama, my heart broke in a way it hadn’t before.

I knew I couldn’t be silent anymore. It was time to start sharing the need for racial equity in my industry.

Being a black woman as well as a migrant has meant often going silent in order to “comply” with the rules and not upset the status quo. As a mother I often think about the legacy I want to leave my children who mean the world to me. I want to ensure they and others who are People of Colour get to see themselves represented in positions of leadership, influence and in business too.

That’s why I’m committed to creating a future where racial equity becomes the norm by supporting online business owners to build racially diverse, inclusive and equitable businesses in a way that honours their values.

If that’s the kind of future you’re interested in too – I’d love for us to journey there together.
