Uplifting Studios TV Season 3: Episode 1 - Cate Williams Founder of The Inspire Collective- Her story of self-belief and leading a creative women’s network.

Imagine waking up tomorrow living out your purpose. What would it look like?

Have you ever given yourself permission to dream about the purpose that’s intricately sewn into the heart and soul of who you are?

In the words of Cate Williams, ‘it’s your blueprint’, and in this episode Cate shares her remarkable story of transformation as well as providing insight into how she supports women looking to follow their life’s blueprint.

From acute shyness as a young child, to a woman who came face to face with her demons (self-limiting beliefs), Cate overcame her struggles with shyness and fear of others expectations.

Fast forward to today and she’s six years into running a creative women’s network called Inspire Collective– filling the gap for creative women and connecting them with like-minded women ready to live out their dreams.

Beginning with just 10 women in her lounge room, Inspire Collective now serves thousands of women every year.

Lean into the first episode of Season 3 to hear Cate’s powerful message. I am believing it will prepare you to take the next step in fulfilling your God given responsibility and excite you to develop your unique giftings.

IN CATE’S WORDS

Your voice is a legitimate expression.

Don’t compare yourself to anybody else. What you have on your life you need to steward.

I’ve always been a passionate believer that we have this blueprint on our lives and it’s our responsibility to tap into that blueprint.

On your individual blue print-

Somewhere in our lives there’s things that we’re meant to do. Particularly if you’re a dreamer or a creative of any sort. You know there’s a large life that you’re meant to live. There’s an expression that you have to bring into the earth.

On the way there, there are so many limiting beliefs that you have to battle with. And they are like demons. You have to come face to face with your own demons. Otherwise, you are not going to fulfill your destiny, you are not going to fulfill your potential.

Part of my coming to terms with if I wanted to become all that I was destined to be and encourage other women to become all they were born to be then I had to step out of the perception…’what are they going to think’ because that’s a killer.

Not everyone is going to understand where you are evolving to.

We should all be growing constantly.

Your responsibility is to steward your own life.

We need to give each other permission as women to keep pushing forward and to keep growing.

You have a responsibility and an obligation before God to manage and mature those talents and gifts to bring them into the earth.

Keep going, be courageous and believe in yourself.

Courage is one of those things we need to have and cultivate in our lives. Because without it we are not going to get to where we need to get to.
