FREE TRAINING:
Intentionally Inclusive
How a lack of representation is hurting your online business and what to do about it
MASTERCLASS IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
You’re a coach, consultant, or creative committed to growing your business in a way that really honours your values of inclusion. You’re not afraid to step outside your comfort zone, especially when it comes to growing your business.
But you’ve got so many questions when it comes to matters of race…
How can I be more inclusive in my business?
How can I attract people of colour to work with me?
How can I be an active ally in my business?
How can I support black-owned businesses?
And nowhere that feels safe enough to ask them! I hear that voice in your head that keeps you stuck and silent:
– “I’m afraid of making a mistake and being cancelled”
– “I don’t want to add more harm, so I’ll stay silent”
– “I wish there was a safe space for me to learn without judgement”
This means despite knowing how important this work is, you’re yet to get beyond reading a few books or listening to some podcasts.
You’ve probably figured out by now that:
Building a business that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive is not a Do-It-Yourself project.
You need support…
And not just any support, but the kind where you feel safe and brave to have uncomfortable conversations that are necessary to help create the kind of community you are proud to be part of.
Let’s get one thing straight —
To truly make the difference you’re here to create, you’re going to need to be brave
I know that as an entrepreneur, you’ve taken on your share of challenges.
You’ve already had the courage to:
Start a business serving clients in a way that lights you up
Show up consistently in your business and add value to your clients
Be visible and connect with your ideal clients
Building an inclusive business is no different. That’s why I know you’re the perfect fit for my upcoming free, live event…

“In a world that is often dominated by being told what we can/cannot do, Annie’s approach is deeply embedded in supporting the growth of her students’ critical thinking capacity so that we can find our own voices and advocate for what we really believe in, not just copy what’s popular or progressive at the time.”
Life Coach – Stephanie Mackinnon

Meet your host..
I’m Annie Gichuru, racial equity coach and consultant.
In 2020 as I watched the life of George Floyd being squeezed out of him while he lay helpless on the ground with a knee to his neck, saying he couldn’t breathe, asking for his mama, my heart broke in a way it hadn’t before.
I knew I couldn’t be silent anymore. It was time to start sharing the need for racial equity in my industry.
Being a black woman as well as a migrant has meant often going silent in order to “comply” with the rules and not upset the status quo. As a mother I often think about the legacy I want to leave my children who mean the world to me. I want to ensure they and others who are People of Colour get to see themselves represented in positions of leadership, influence and in business too.
That’s why I’m committed to creating a future where racial equity becomes the norm by supporting online business owners to build racially diverse, inclusive and equitable businesses in a way that honours their values.
If that’s the kind of future you’re interested in too – I’d love for us to journey there together.
Start the conversation and see where it takes you…

I’m positive that wouldn’t have been the case without Annie’s teachings, guidance and support.”
