But awareness is just the beginning.

That’s what ALLY is here for.
How ALLY began
The idea for ALLY was born during the closing ceremony of REPRESENTED’s ninth cohort.
After ten powerful weeks together, a few students asked if there could be a way to keep going. To continue meeting, reflecting and practising what they had learned.
One said, “I could come to these calls forever.”
Another added, “It helps keep this work top of mind.”
We talked about what a safe, sustainable community could look like. One where storytelling, accountability and ongoing support could keep the learning alive.
That conversation stayed with me. And it became clear that what we had created together in REPRESENTED wasn’t meant to end at ten weeks.
ALLY grew out of that moment. From the hearts and hopes of those who wanted to keep living this work in community.

What is ALLY?
ALLY is a private membership for graduates of REPRESENTED who want to keep practising racial equity with integrity, accountability and care.
It’s a space where we come together monthly to reflect, share stories and explore how allyship looks in our lives, leadership and businesses today.
It’s not a course.
It’s not more homework.
It’s a lifestyle. A supportive community that helps you live what you’ve learned.
Inside ALLY you'll find
Monthly Live Calls (10 per year)
Each month, we gather for a 90-minute conversation that combines:
- Storytelling from Annie: behind-the-scenes reflections on navigating racial equity in real time, personally and professionally.
- Storytelling from members: 2–3 alumni share how they’re practising allyship, what’s been hard, what’s been healing and what they’re learning.
- Live coaching and discussion: space to ask questions, reflect and receive support.
These calls are the heart of ALLY. Thoughtful, honest and restorative.
Current Affairs Spotlight
Because there’s always something happening in the world that calls us to reflect.
Together, we:
- Unpack selected current events through the REPRESENTED lens
- Connect our learning to real-world contexts and conversations
- Deepen our understanding of how allyship shows up in practice
Access to REPRESENTED Live Calls
As an ALLY member, you’re invited to join upcoming REPRESENTED live calls as an active participant.
- Contribute your lived insights and reflections to enrich the experience for new participants
- Witness how allyship evolves beyond the course itself
- Continue growing through deeper dialogue while inspiring others through your example
It’s a full-circle opportunity to keep the work alive in community.
Private Community Space (Heartbeat)
No social media distractions, just an intentional space where you can:
- Share insights, reflections and questions between calls
- Access call replays, resources and monthly reflection prompts
- Stay connected through ongoing discussion threads and support
Rest, Always Included
December and January are rest months for everyone.
No live calls. No new content. Just space to:
- Pause and breathe
- Integrate what you’ve learned
- Return replenished for the next season of growth

- Stay accountable and connected to this work
- Share and listen to real stories of allyship and inclusion

* Founding Member Fee is available until 31st December 2025 after which it will go up to $70 AUD per month.

This space is for those who want to keep showing up with courage, curiosity and care.
Where we can share what’s unfolding in our lives, talk about what’s happening in the world and keep holding one another accountable with grace and love.
ALLY began as a conversation between a handful of REPRESENTED graduates who didn’t want the journey to end. Now, with your membership, it has the opportunity to become a living, breathing community for all of us who believe that racial equity isn’t a destination, it’s a lifelong practice.”
