The truth is time and money will often be a setback when we are not clear what our priorities are. Don’t get me wrong, of course if you do not have the money to invest in a program then it is not possible at that particular point in time. However, there are many other avenues you can still pursue where you can still receive great value either for free or at a really affordable cost if you are really keen to do the work.
The same goes with time. If we do not prioritise DEI work, there won’t be time to do it. With the amount of unlimited information available it can be overwhelming to choose what to focus on and grow.
