As a storyteller, documentary filmmaker, and coach I’ve always known the power of language…

💛 To connect us and remind us of how much more we have in common, than what separates us.
💛 To heal us from past wounds and hurts in order for us to move forward to a better future.
💛 To unite us so that we can together build the kind of world we would all be proud to live in.

But most of all, as a DEI educator and migrant woman of colour, I know the power language has to make one feel seen, heard and understood. The feeling one gets when they feel not just included – but like they belong. 🙌🏾

Which is why I created the free guide: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗼’𝘀 & 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

This is the first step to taking practical action toward building an inclusive business.

A powerful way to showcase YOUR values, while helping you get out of the cycle of continuously attracting a homogenous group of people who look and sound exactly like you.

It’s my hope that you’ll take what I share in the guide and use it to pique your interest and create a desire to dig deeper, and learn more about race and representation. To think critically, and reflect on the way you currently show up as an online business leader and content creator so you can use your business, and your position of privilege as a force for good.
