Annie Gichuru is a leading racial equity coach & consultant for online entrepreneurs. She has helped many prominent online business leaders build intentionally inclusive businesses – the most notable of which is her partnership with The Beautiful You Coaching Academy, where she supports trainees and emerging coaches.

Annie has a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Murdoch University, Western Australia. With a professional career spanning over 15 years in corporate Australia as a Human Resources Specialist, Annie has worked in both the private and public sector and been involved in Diversity and Inclusion projects.

She’s also a documentary filmmaker. Her series; True Life Stories, has been broadcast in Australia and New Zealand for 3 years and in 2020 began being televised in Kenya.

Passionate about representations, from a racial justice lens, Annie has been a regular uplifter of migrant women of colour. Whether it’s using her qualifications as an international board certified coach to support migrant women to find their purpose, or using her powerful storytelling abilities to spotlight migrant women of colour rising, Annie is truly committed to contributing to a world where women of colour are in decision making positions – either in organisations or as business owners.

Now, Annie brings these experiences and insights into her role as a DEI educator, culminating in the creation of REPRESENTED – a transformational online program, which has been described as ‘the must do course for all business owners who are ready to build a racially diverse, inclusive and equitable business’S
