Guest Masterclass
As an industry leader and ally, you’re best positioned to become the catalyst for your clients and team doing racial equity work.
… And hosting masterclasses on these very important topics is a powerful way to get your community onboard.
Outside of a tragedy this work isn’t something people intentionally seek out to understand and unpack for themselves – it usually takes a conversation to create the spark that leads to change.
But facilitating conversations on issues of race and representation within your sphere of influence is one of the best ways to light that spark.
I’m here to help you do exactly that by bringing my expertise as a racial equity coach and consultant to your community.
Some of the topics we could explore include:
- Allyship In Action
- How to build a racially equitable business
- Creating a successful scholarship program for People of Colour
- Crafting a powerful and authentic inclusion statement
Your investment in creating ripples of representation in your community: $1997 AUD for a 90 minute session.
Want to partner to create a more inclusive business by having me regularly hold space for your BIPOC community, deliver DEI education to your clients, and support you 1:1 on your own journey? My CRO partnership might be for you.
If you are thinking about booking Annie as a speaker, I highly recommend her. She is a wealth of knowledge, and an incredible human as well.

Hey there lovely,
I’m Annie Gichuru, racial equity coach and consultant.
In 2020 as I watched the life of George Floyd being squeezed out of him while he lay helpless on the ground with a knee to his neck, saying he couldn’t breathe, asking for his mama, my heart broke in a way it hadn’t before.
I knew I couldn’t be silent anymore. It was time to start sharing the need for racial equity in my industry.
Being a black woman as well as a migrant has meant often going silent in order to “comply” with the rules and not upset the status quo. As a mother I often think about the legacy I want to leave my children who mean the world to me. I want to ensure they and others who are People of Colour get to see themselves represented in positions of leadership, influence and in business too.
That’s why I’m committed to creating a future where racial equity becomes the norm by supporting online business owners to build racially diverse, inclusive and equitable businesses in a way that honours their values.
If that’s the kind of future you’re interested in too – I’d love for us to journey there together.
Annie’s work is so powerful, so important. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to do work in this area, go and work with Annie because she is exceptional at what she does.

Annie’s approach really helped us to connect the idea of DEI with the actual practice. I know that the team and network of therapists benefited greatly. Thank you so much Annie.
