Networking in White Spaces as a Woman of Colour

I’m addressing a question many women of colour face: How To Network in White Spaces. I share my personal experience of being the only Black woman in many rooms both in person and virtually and the challenges that come with it, from feeling isolated to facing microaggressions and unconscious biases.
