If you’ve been on the look out for a podcast that can gently lead you on your racial awareness and inclusion journey, I’m excited to let you know that you’ve arrived. In this welcome episode I share the intention behind creating this podcast and why even though you think you are already inclusive through perhaps serving clients of colour and having friends who are Black, Indigenous or People of Colour, this podcast is very much for you….more than you might think right now.
I share about my calling in approach that allows white women to come into this work as they are – messy, unsure, more than likely to make mistakes and experience missteps. And the beauty in allowing you to make mistakes, learn through them so you can remain in this work and build your racial stamina muscle. You also get to hear from some of my past students and how we can lock arms in 2024 by working together. I can’t wait for you to listen and for us to begin this journey together.
